VOD Management through the XCLASS System
For Teachers managing VOD through the XCLASS system, special functions include the following:
- Add/ delete videos and edit media information
- Bookmark media files
- Search audio and video files
- Preview videos from the video server
For Students, functions include the following:
- Students can access and bookmark videos internally from any PC with IE via LAN(such as the school campus or library) or externally from the Internet
- Review media files and contents after class
- Preview materials prepared by teachers for next session

For Administrators, functions include the following:
- Add, delete and edit video information
- Manage user accounts
- Set student time schedules for video access
For Teachers, functions include the following:
- Search audio and video files
- Preview videos from the video server
- Simultaneously broadcast videos to students (individuals/ groups/ all)
- Broadcast in full screen/ window modes during class to individuals/ groups/ all
For Students, functions include the following:
- Search and watch videos
- Bookmark media files
The number of users supported depends on the server's licenses and the server's capacity. |
